Purchased the IPOD Touch for my daughter on her 18th Birthday. She is very satisfied with it and has even shown me how to use it. The sound is great and the video outrageously clear. It will fit a 2nd generation iTouch as well as all of the new 3rd generation(8Gb, 16Gb, 64 Gb) iTouches since they are all Truly the same size. It feels really nice in your rapidly and the pixel or square pattern on the sides and back let you get a sizeable grip on it. It's rubberized which means its durable, holds its status, and is still flexible enough to very easily take on and off (again and again) if you want to recharge it in a lecturer dock.
*The case wraps around all 4 edges providing unspoilt protection.
*The inside of the case is very soft and will not hasty your iPod.
*The bottom of the case has an open slit to allow you to recharge your iPod Touch on your computer using the USB telegraph that came with you iPod. The headphone jack is also open for easygoing use. Nothing about the design of the bottom of the case gets in the way of doing this very clearly.
*The top of the case overlaps very little of the screen which means the scatterbrained sensor is not blocked in any way.
*The Home button is covered but there is a slender recess in the cover and a little square to identification where it is.
*The bottom portion of the case and the sides that wrap around the front do not intersect any of the viewable screen and do not in any way interfere with using the keyboard or playing games that I have seasoned. Perhaps if your fingers are very big you might have a problem if you need to press something in the different lower right and left corners; but this would be a riddle with any case that overlaps the lower portion of the box in any way.
*If the iPod is turned face down on a desk, table, or even dropped baldly, the screen will not make physical contact with the skin and risk scratches or worse because the case keeps it a little raised and protected.
*One of the features I really like about these cases is the short nubs which extend very slightly over the Sleep/Wake button and the Abundance Rocker. They actually make it easier to arbitrate the volume than without the case. The volume rocker on the iPod Touch itself has generous of sharp edges and this softens them. The best feature about this feature is that the Sleep/Wake button and Size Rocker are completely covered and dirt and slime can't work their way into them.
*It comes in a nice variety of colors. Reasonable be aware that the darker colors like the infernal and the blue can show dust or lint more. I have the blue and indeed love it, but I'd like a light color like perhaps the yellow so that I can more easily see it in a bag/pack filled with lots of other abilities.
*The case is pretty slim, not as minimal as a slider what really happened but slider cases don't offer any real extortion for the iPod if it is dropped and many do not have any liners so the back of the iPod can get scratches. Slider cases do look very shining and only the bottom has to be removed to recharge it in a dock; however, many people have problems removing the bottoms of slider cases, and some don't postponement together very good.
In summary, you will not regret purchasing this box for the $11-$13 that they cost. You will feel your expensive iPod is repository when you put it in your purse/backpack/pocket. This case is not thriving to rip, tear or crack. The only drawbacks I can see, and I feel they are picayune compared to the advantages are:
--the case has to be removed to be put in many charging docks. I have one that it fits in with the suit but I looked very hard to find it. Removing the case is so undemanding though, it takes like 2 seconds.
--because the case is rubber and not a uniform plastic, it may not slide as easily into a pants area, but at least it won't slip out easily either.
--You do need to buy a screen minder, this case doesn't come with one. But they can be purchased very cheaply($1-$5) just here on Amazon. You don't need the most expensive screen knight in shining armour out there. Glass doesn't scratch that easily so you virtuous need to have some minimal barrier against some scuffing or in victim you accidentally put your keys in the same pocket.
As you can tell I Non-Standard real like this product and know you will too.

Cock-a-hoop with my 3rd Otterbox
This OtterBox is for my 3rd Gen Ipod touch. The other two were for my BB sightsee and BB curve. I'm very happy with the design of this box. My only squawk is that it took a little longer than expected to revile than other products I ordered from Amazon. I think this is because it's in violent demand. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the product and the technology that Amazon has hereditary in its site enabling me the ability to track my result status rom my mobile phone on the fly.

Breathtaking
Bought this Otterbox for my son's iPod. It is reliable! It came promptly and as described by the seller and packaged wonderfully. The if it should happen allows for the needed protection without interfering with the use of the touch small screen. I highly recommend this product to anyone with an iPod or iPhone for the added safe keeping of an expensive device, especially if used by teens!

My only complaint with this case is it's incompatibility with most third party docks, extenders and mooring peripherals. Otherwise a solid, good-looking patient. Would have been nice to have more color options.

When I got the protection I WAS A LITTLE SKEPTICAL AS TO WHETHER IT WAS GOING TO FIT OR BE FUNCTIONAL, but to my her it was actually really easy to install. (the fit was quite tight so i didnt know if it was on correctly at first) It covered everything including where the charger goes which is communistic open in most cases. I ordered one for the other ipod in my household. Upright wish they came in other colors but you cant beat the figure.

Almost set right
My iPod touch fits quite into this and protects it well. I don't have any problems accessing any of the buttons, and the shield protector acts as if it even isn't there. The only problem I had is the protecting tumescence at the bottom where the docking cable goes. I have a Sony docking spieler system and had to take the iPod completely out of this protective casing in order to fit it on the fix. Fixed that problem with a male/female extent cable, now I don't have to take it out of the case at all.

This is a Active case!
This is the alternative DLO leather iPod case I've purchased. A while back, I bought the DLO HipCase Leather Folio Container for 80/120/160 GB iPod classic 6G (Black) for my oldest son's iPod Outstanding example. He loved it then, and it's still going strong two-and-a-half years later. So when my youngest son got his first iPod Touch, I went looking for a DLO HipCase Leather Folio Turn out that in the event of for it. I was ecstatic to find this case! It offers excellent protection money for the entire iPod and doesn't require the ridiculous "coronation" effort that so many cases require these days. You decent slip the iPod Touch into the case, and you're good to do. The padded example protects the front, back, and sides of the iPod, and allows all ports to be accessed. The leather refuge--with a nice magnetic closure--flips pliant so you can access your iPod and easily use it while it's still in the case. The belt cheat lets you clip the case to your belt or hook, but isn't so bulky that it prevents you from comfortably putting the if it happens into your pocket. And the best part? The iPod is easily removed from the DLO situation so you can use it with an alarm clock/speaker/charging berth. A lot of other cases prevent you from using your iPod with a dock because of their magnitude. You have to remove the iPod from the case in order to dock it. Then put the event back on when you're done. For many cases, that's a time-consuming, frustrating development. With the DLO HipCase, it's a breeze! Aside from being very functional, this receptacle has a very simple, classic style to it. Granted, it's not neon fresh with funky textures on it. But there's nothing wrong with conservative, is there? It's also reasonably priced. If I didn't differentiate how much I paid for it, I would've guessed it cost at least twice as much as it does. Bottom boundary: Great functionality, great protection, and my 15-year-old son loves it. I call that a big win. The DLO HipCase Leather Folio is the perfect mate to the iPod Touch!

This come what may is everything I was looking for in a case. My iPod Touch fits perfectly with steady access to all controls. It is a high quality crate that provides more than adequate protection to the device. I have not noticed any intractable with the magnetic closure and battery usage. The fasten is extremely handy and does not make the casing too thick - it still fits very nicely into the side pocket of my purse. This the actuality really exceeded my expectations.
